@masterfeathers @CFChasbulla I did ours at work this year and did 70% pot to first, 20% pot to second and then 10% pot to best underdog (pot 3 or 4). Gives everyone a chance of winning.

@CFChasbulla In the past I’ve done 3 prizes. One for the winner, one for the worst team (lowest points, then lowest goal difference then most goals conceded) and one for the fastest goal scored. Everyone then has a chance!

That's the most brutal way to lose the biggest trophy in club football (bar something like Utd-Bayern in '99'), especially if you've never won it. Even though PSG deserve it and I'm naturally delighted, I have a grain of sympathy. It's gonna take a long time to get over that.
