That’s a drop in the bucket to the number of Chinese babies born on American soil thru the decades old industry of pregnant Chinese women come to US as tourists, delivering the baby here, getting social security number for it and passport, then returning to CCP until a later date when kid can come to US as a citizen and claim benefits as one. There are tens of thousands of those.

This is absolutely a scam done to our country with our “Birthright Citizenship” interpretation of the real intention. It was intended for children of slaves after the Civil War and not for Chinese and illegals to make children to become citizens. Our SCOTUS need to abolish this law.
