@LNER can we please arrange with @northernassist to delay the departure of the LDS to HAR at 22:36 so the people in the KGX to LDs which is delayed can make the train tonight?

@LNER is there a problem with the app trying to amend my ticket and it says error try again later I don't want to loose the ticket I'm trying to purchase

@EdwinFuller1 Hi Edwin, when this operational decision was made, we had no ETA for the reopening of the line, Network Rail often also place restrictions on the number of trains able to run through affected areas. 1S21 was terminated short off the back of this. ^Emma

@LNER Its ok the line had reopened just before the train arrived into Newcastle but everyone was still kicked off. Why terminate the train at Newcastle even though it would have went back to Craigentinny after completing its journey at Edinburgh?
