Hey @Lowes how can you just change someone's scheduled delivery the day of and not inform them? I had to figure out myself why they didn't show up. You could care less because your a big box store but I was looking to surprise my wife with a new chicken coop. Can't now! Thanks.

This is the quality of professionalism you get from @Lowes they not only delayed my same day order a day, they gave it to a driver that delivered it to the wrong address. When I called the Murray, Ky Lowe’s they refused to refund it because “I’m looking at it right now and it was delivered at the right address.” It was not. But from Lowe’s and your goods may end up anywhere delivered. Now I have to beg my neighbor to let me retrieve the blocks and take them to my house, when I paid Lowe’s 70 dollars to pay this driver to deliver them to my house. A house you can find on Google Maps! I’m debating a charge back.

Super disappointed in @Lowes return policy for Dewalt power tools. At some point you have to realize not everyone keeps receipts. I wasn’t looking to get a refund just exchange a 3” cut off tool. That still looks new no less. I lean on Lowe’s for a lot of shopping also.

@Lowes Although the store we frequent was great, my best experience was through the folks organizing delivery. I had to call them with an unusual request and they were kind enough to listen, not laugh and actually try to fulfill my request. Soooo impressed!

@Lowes @lowesfoundation Never use Lowe's installation. when a bad job is done they don't stand behind it. They're unregistered contractors are here today and gone tomorrow and never hear from anyone. Forget them telling you if you have a warranty
