@SamsungUS and @Samsung Keep my $1000 for my 100 day old fridge because you seem to need it more than me. But, can you PLEASE review your communications for clarity and accuracy? Sending promise of a refund without guidance or rules is bad business 🤯. You backed out- poor form!

@Lowes Although the store we frequent was great, my best experience was through the folks organizing delivery. I had to call them with an unusual request and they were kind enough to listen, not laugh and actually try to fulfill my request. Soooo impressed!

@SamsungUS I loved my beautiful fridge. Irreparably broken after 91 days. Waited over 2 weeks only to be told no refund. Never offered a replacement. Look at my sad record of ME reaching out and sending emails and calling. Truly devastated. Just in case @Samsung tagging you
