My hot take on text-to-image models is that they are so popular because when humans evaluate models they need something visual they understand to evaluate them. This is also why dashboards are so popular (but ultimately abandoned because they’re never actionable.)

The best way to prepare a technical presentation for a (bio)stat audience is keynote, NOT latex/beamer. Cancel me if you must.

@selbouhaddani @daniela_witten superficially the same. keynote is better at font rendering, object alignment, object selection/edits, arrangements, template edits, image cropping, more (caveat: it has been years since i last used powerpoint, but i used both for many years).
