@parcelforce how can you not find my address two days on the bounce? Royal Mail comes to my door every day and for some reason you can’t find the address for next day delivery that is now three days late. I’ve been waiting on your joke of a helpline for 49 minutes now!!

@parcelforce it’s an absolute shambles to get hold of customer service. Now voice recognition is not even close. I know what my issue is now but because of your systems I can’t even raise a complaint!! Please msg me if the customer is important. It really doesn’t feel that way
