Damn. You gotta hear this crazy story, about a 63 year-old Palestinian Jew (!) who was murdered by the Israeli army today in the West Bank, it tells a lot about Israeli racism: During the 1929 riots in Hebron, Samah Zaytun's grandfather saved 25 Jews from being massacred. Samah was so moved by his grandfather's story that he decided to convert to Judaism. He tried to go through the official Israeli conversion process, but was denied, as the authorities refuse any such requests from Palestinians. He tried to insist but with no luck. Eventually he managed to be accepted to a conversion program run by a notable Rabbi from Bene Beraq. After a long process he was declared Jewish, and his name was changed to David Ben Abraham. The Palestinian Authority arrested him for 58 days (not sure what the charge was, but my guess would be suspicion of collaboration). He was beaten and treated badly while in custody. After his conversion, he expected to be accepted as an Israeli citizen. After all, he was now officially Jewish. He even kept studying Judaism in Jerusalem. But not only did the State of Israel refuse to give him a citizenship, he couldn't even get an entry permit to Israel and neither a work permit. Today he was waiting in a bus stop near Elazar settlement, in Gush Etzion. Israeli reserve soldiers suspected him and searched him. If you read the lives of Caesar, Alexander, and Napoleon you can see how their seemingly delusional mindset shaped their success.
Caesar in particular had a knack for turning bad situations to his advantage. He was once kidnapped by pirates in the Mediterranean, but his personality won them over. When they tried to ransom him for 20 talents of silver, he demanded that they raise it to 50. After his release, he raised an army and killed all of the pirates who had previously kidnapped him.
He did the most insane political maneuvers too, like running for pontifex maximus at 36 while lacking all of the typical prerequisites.
All of this built up an insane aura around him which just accelerated his success.

I had a guy friend whose girlfriend gave him the silent treatment for the slightest issues. Would refuse to talk through any problems with him & tried to make kowtow to her every time.
One day he said he wasn’t gonna tolerate that anymore and would leave if she didn’t stop. She called his bluff, so he left.
She freaked out & ran after him & said she wouldn’t do it again & apologized. She’s been true to her word, they eventually got married. They’ve been together for like 15+ years now.
Men, be willing to walk away from women like this. She will either respect you more for it, or you will get rid of someone not worth your time.
