Hat schon mal jemand gebrauchte/refurbished Technik iwo gekauft und war (auch langfristig) zufrieden? Würde mir gerne ein iPad anschaffen aber muss eig nicht unbedingt neu sein. Ratschläge appreciated 🤗💜

@refurbed The device you sold me has a defective keyboard, which makes it impossible for me to access the laptop or make any changes to it. I only used the computer once, and by the second use, it already started presenting issues. I want my refund processed as quickly as ASAP

@dienunmer42 @refurbed @BCorporation Ich warte schon sehr lange auf eine Rückerstattung. Mir wurde ein Handy zugeschickt mit einem kaputten Akku welcher obendrein nicht mal ein Original Apple Bauteil war.

Turns out the cheap refurbished MacBook pro that I bought from @refurbed suddenly had a 'technical defect', so they refunded me. Now the same device is back on their website, listed at nearly 10x the price. What a scam.

If there’s a bigger scam then this @refurbed crowd I’ve yet to see it . How are they getting so much media attention. Got a phone for child and had problems after a week and they have taken year to push along every complaint so the warranty is up. #Scam

@refurbed im Inneren aufgebläht und mit der Tastatur, die nicht Original (chinesisch?)ist, verklebt ist( Info laut Apple Store. Das ist sehr ärgerlich! Leider aus diesem Grund nicht empfehlenswert

Replacement lower spec, intermittent charge port, visible corrosion, fails boot due to corroded SSD slot. How are any of these passing any refurbishment?

@beachhutpr @refurbed @windisch_p @Forbes @J_K9 Probably pocketed it all cos they definitely don't refurbish laptops they send out faulty crap and the customer takes all the risk. 2 months and 3 faulty laptops lated still can't get a refurbished/ working machine from this terrible company.

They cause further damage when returned for repair, ship faulty untested equipment and ship corroded water damaged tech with no restoration attempted.

@tjaelive @beachhutpr @refurbed @KilianKaminski @IrishTimesBiz @ciaraobrien Their products are not refurbished, they ship faulty untested items to customers I guess hoping it lasts the 1 year warranty. I'm awaiting laptop 4 in 2 months, they're an absolute joke of a company. Definitely not sustainable the amount of shipping back and forth either.
