✈️ This pilot flat-out refused to take off… even though the crew had already cleared the plane for departure. He had a bad gut feeling — oil pressure on engine #2 was trending up and the fuel system filter still needed replacing. He told the passengers straight up: “They told us the plane is good to go, but I’m not really feeling it. I’m not going to leave the ground if I’m not completely certain that we have an airworthy aircraft. So I’m refusing the aircraft. I feel a lot more comfortable making this call than flying six hours over the water and maybe having an issue.” He apologized for the delay, then had everyone deplane so maintenance could fix it properly. In a world that’s always rushing, this pilot chose safety over schedule and put every single life on that plane first ❤️ I would you rather have a pilot who listens to his gut like this than one who just sticks to the schedule no matter what... how about you?

The whole idea of "incompetent to stand trial" is fucking nonsense. If you're too "incompetent" to understand that you shouldn't butcher an innocent woman on the train, you should die. Period. Arrest, convict, execute. You are not fit to be a part of human society. How many more innocent people must we sacrifice for the sake of coddling and babying the absolute scum of the Earth? Our ancestors had it right. They would have had this guy hanging from the gallows an hour after conviction. NEW: FedEx driver who is accused of abducting and strangling a seven-year-old girl, puts his face in his hand as a photo is displayed of him driving her to her death. 7-year-old Athena Strand was seen standing behind Tanner Horner in his FedEx truck. Athena was allegedly snatched by Horner when he was delivering a Barbie doll to her home in Paradise, Texas. Horner initially claimed that he accidentally hit the girl with the truck before "panicking" and pulling her into the vehicle. He said he then strangled her in the vehicle and dumped the body 7 miles from the home. The photo, however, shows that Athena was alert in the truck and did not appear to have been struck by the truck. Wise County District Attorney James Stainton says the jury will see footage on the day of the killing, depicting the moment Athena was strangled to death. "Somebody covered up the camera because they don't want you to see. Guess what? Audio is still running, and you're going to hear it. You're going to hear what a 250-pound man can do to a 67-pound child," he said. "And when I say it's horrible, I mean it. I've been doing this for 25 years, and I promise you, buckle up." Horner qualifies for the death penalty.
