@DeanTTraining We just got this exact machine in the gym last week! Can’t wait to use it.
English

We’re about ~3 years away from EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON PLANET EARTH agreeing that this type of Machine is LIGHT YEARS better than Barbell Squats for building the Legs
Just give it a little more time…the stragglers will catch up shortly!
CSK@Trader_CSK
@DeanTTraining One of my favourite leg machines
English

@DeanTTraining Light years ahead of standing or sitting tricep presses!
Also did a set of cable exercises while I had the bench pulled over and then did curls with stabilization. Definitely going to implement all of these in my training now.
English

Imagine your cable exercises are always 10, 20, 30, 40, 50+% WORSE than they could be and it’s all because you can’t/are too lazy to do THIS
That
Is
Honestly
INSANE

For The Matrix Reloaded (2003), they built a custom 2.4km multi-lane highway at former NAS Alameda base near SF for $2.5m.
The Wachowskis didn’t want CGI for climatic chase scene and 0% chance they could do insane bike and car stunts on real California freeway.
All in cost for the 15-minute scene was reportedly ~$25 (17% of total $150m budget). They also had to build a 20-ft high wall embankment around the highway to contain stunts and keep consistent camera view for later post-production VFX (eg. not seeing Bay Area sights).
Film made $740m worldwide. Keanu had agreed to do this sequel (and third film) on stipulation that VFX, costume and set design received significant portion of his backend upside (totalled $100m+).
He said they were the “ones that made the movie” and this wild scene (pretty sure it’s only full highway ever built for a film) definitely speaks to that.

What's the greatest movie "behind-the-scenes" fact you know?

@Arealmfngl Did this same exact thing in AP Biology in high school 🤣

If you can ask me any one thing, what would it be? Post your questions below, and I will respond to each one of them. (Have to run to dr in a few, so will start replying when done there). The only rule is you can't ask anything about my real job. If this goes well, Ill do a live version on video here in the near future. So ask away!
