Gazans have been among the most obese populations in the world for many years, despite fake claims of starvation, ethnic cleansing & the rest against Israel.
facts about@destinationXIX

There’s a point where “disagreement” stops being an honest clash of views and becomes something darker: a refusal to see reality even when it’s placed directly in front of your eyes. That’s where we are now. The latest data coming out of Gaza - showing obesity rates significantly higher than in Israel across every age group - should have forced even the most ideological observer to pause. If you claim a population is starving and then discover the clinical profile of a welfare state rather than a famine zone, the rational response is reassessment. But brainwashing doesn’t allow reassessment. It demands loyalty. The same pattern appears everywhere. Hamas itself released a video this week showing injured children and describing them - proudly - as its “protective armor”. Not Israel. Not the IDF. Hamas. The people Western activists call “resistance fighters” literally boast on camera that children are their human shields. And yet, the very people who scream “stop killing children” can’t bring themselves to direct that sentence at the men who openly use children as tactical assets. It’s the same pathology that allowed October 7th - the rapes, torture, mutilation, the gleeful filming of it - to be dismissed or inverted. The killers wore GoPros. They narrated their crimes. They called their parents to brag. They said, explicitly, “We will do this again and again”. They uploaded their own atrocities as propaganda. And still, Westerners chant that Israel is committing genocide. They don’t even bother to argue the facts; for a cult, facts are irrelevant when the narrative gives meaning. This isn’t a case of “both sides say different things.” It’s a case where both sides say the same things - Hamas says it, Israel says it, the footage shows it, the data confirms it - and yet the West’s useful idiots insist on repeating antisemitic blood libels that have been disproven a thousand times. When reality and ideology collide, a normal person updates. A brainwashed person doubles down. That’s the diagnostic sign. Demoralization operations work exactly this way. They don’t need to persuade you of a specific lie. They only need to break your relationship to the truth. Media, universities, NGOs - the entire progressive ecosystem - use the same conditioning sequence: generate a powerful emotional response, corrode your trust in facts, invert victim and aggressor, then create social pressure so intense that dissent feels like exile. Once you’ve internalized the emotional script, evidence becomes an inconvenience. The message matters more than the material world. That’s why pro-Palestinian activism looks, sounds, and behaves like a cult. Every hallmark is there. A sacred narrative that must not be questioned. A demonized out-group used to explain all suffering. A sense of holy mission. A new vocabulary designed to sever you from previous moral frameworks. Public shaming rituals for anyone who deviates. Purity tests. Promise of identity and purpose. And above all: the insistence that if facts contradict the doctrine, the facts are wrong. When you see college students chanting slogans they can’t define, sobbing on camera because someone questioned their worldview, parroting talking points that collapse the moment a basic question is asked - that’s not political activism. That’s cult behavior. You break someone out of this cult by reconnecting them to reality, and letting the truth speak for itself. And the truth is now flooding in: Gaza’s own health data, Hamas admissions, and even footage of Hamas executing Palestinians who refuse to comply. Reality is piling up faster than propaganda can bury it. The tragedy is that so many in the West have been trained not to see what’s right in front of them - but fix the media, force these facts back into public view, and once people finally see the truth, they won’t be able to unsee it. x.com/destinationXIX…

While #Israel faces significant criticism over its policies in the #Israeli-Palestinian conflict and human rights concerns, it works closely with the US as a partner in the #MiddleEast on intelligence, technology, and security. Israeli agencies regularly share information on terrorist groups and Iranian activities. This has helped the US track threats, support operations against figures like al-Qaeda leaders, and better understand weapons used by adversaries. The two countries have teamed up on projects such as the Stuxnet computer program, which damaged key parts of Iran's nuclear program without direct attacks. They also hold joint military exercises and share real-world combat data from Israel's wars. This gives the US practical lessons for its own military equipment and tactics. In a region full of unstable governments, Israel offers a reliable democratic partner with strong technology and intelligence skills. It also provides diplomatic support for the US at the United Nations and helps counter broader rivals like Russian and Chinese influence. The US provides military aid to Israel. In return, America gains from strong trade worth tens of billions of dollars a year, plus Israeli innovations in cybersecurity, drones, and medical care used by US forces. Israel serves as a stable forward partner that helps counter threats like Iran without requiring large numbers of American troops on the ground. No other country in the Middle East matches this overall combination of capabilities. These practical benefits make the relationship one of the closest the US has.

Update: Mayor #Mamdani has committed to adding #LittleItaly to the map in upcoming revisions.
Mark@cmadsq

#ZohranMamdani Mayor #Mamdani’s office released a map of #NewYorkCity Immigrant Enclaves to highlight tourist spots and diverse cultures. It features many newer international neighborhoods, including Little Palestine, Little Bangladesh, Little Egypt, Little Pakistan, and Little Yemen. However, it leaves out some of NYC’s biggest and oldest ethnic and religious communities such as historic Little Italy, Irish neighborhoods, and major Orthodox Jewish areas like Borough Park. Critics argue the choices appear to reflect priorities that elevate non-white and newer immigrant narratives while minimizing traditional white ethnic communities. It is marketed as a simple guide, but the selective focus has drawn accusations of bias.

Yes, the US has followed Pres. Theodore Roosevelt’s advice with Iran. “Speak softly and carry a big stick.” Negotiations appeared to be done in good faith, while assuring overwhelming force can be used. I think the speaking softly part is pretty much over. Now is time for the big stick part.

@Jjimm @HillelNeuer Actually, it is black and white. Gaza is, and always was, hell bent on the destruction of Israel. Full Stop. It’s been stated many times. I believe them.

@rutter80747 @HillelNeuer I see both sides. It’s tragic. And I listen to both sides. But I hear people pleading for peace in one side and the other side pleading for destruction and domination. I realize that it’s not that black and white, but I see a whole lot of dark grey…

If Palestine is a state—as France, UK, Spain, Norway, Canada and most others now recognize—then those in Gaza cannot be refugees from Palestine while living in Palestine. They are home. It's time to end UNRWA. Invest in homes, jobs, schools and opportunity. Build Gaza's future.

@hope_and_chai @jconricus Yes. We’ve come to expect it, and we’re never let down.👍 I am hoping Jonathan is on a show with Mehdi Hassan again! Yesterday the meatball head let it slip that he ‘wishes the UK was run by Muslims’……a yikes slip of the lips that Jonathan could have fun with! 😮😅

Trusted? To be killed? Come on, Linda. You have a point of view likely instilled from birth. From your point of view what you say makes perfect sense and is even somewhat progressive. The problem is not you. The problem is the narrative. Watch the movie ISRAELISM or, better yet, TANTURA. You will start to see another very different point of view. And you owe it to yourself to see both sides. Peace.

@rutter80747 @HillelNeuer I’m sorry. But you are right about the generational trauma that Israel has inflicted on this population. However history shows that it is in fact Israel that can’t be trusted.

I completely agree with Hannah regarding the lack of coverage this amazing raid got by media. And I remember when you, Jonathan, got that ridiculous question about how casualties could have been saved by warning the enemy of the SECRET raid! Certainly proving it was all quiet on the frontal lobe here in the West! I’ve watched this dramatic and excellent documentary and will never forget it. Thank you, Hannah for telling the story of the courage and spirit of the IDF. I wish you much success.
