People think I'm a little crazy for this Maybe they're right A few years ago, I bet on myself, moved to Colombia, and it ended up being one of the best decisions I've ever made Lately, I've felt stuck I've spent years focused on research, papers, and technical work. It's meaningful work, but I miss building things that people can use every day Watching builders like @levelsio create in public reminded me how much I miss it So for the next 100 days, I'm stepping away from my normal routine and focusing on building, learning, improving my health, fixing my sleep, and sharing the journey publicly I'm not chasing MRR I'm not trying to get rich in 100 days I just want to see what happens when I give something my full attention for 100 straight days One day at a time 1% better every day, as @robj3d3 likes to say I'll share the wins, failures, lessons, and everything in between

Recap fatigue is now confirmed. Each week the format gives me less. -"Little builder/founder friend" with query intent data → 49 imp, 0 likes, 0 comments. Total flop. -"Founders, if you could improve one metric, which would you choose?" → 503 imp, 10 likes, 11 comments. Best of the day by far. -Monday motivation for founders + marketers → 108 imp, 6 likes, 4 comments. Modest. This is now the 4th time in a week an analytical, ICP-targeted post has flopped on this account. Same pattern every time. Meanwhile a direct question to founders pulled 5x the reach with no graphic, no data, no positioning. The honest takeaway is starting to write itself: X is my community channel. It's where builders and founders show up. ICP work, the deeper SEO/AEO content for marketers and content leads, lives somewhere else. Probably Substack. Probably LinkedIn next. Onto Day 19.
