@socialsgoddess Been thinking a lot about this great tweet. It's where a lot of people are at right now (even though I know it's the end of term). A lot could be added to the 'pie' as well. Staff will just start saying 'no' things even though it's not like them to do so.

Here’s the thing: Some parts of the teaching pie have gotten much more demanding so by necessity other parts need to shrink. But they aren’t allowed to shrink. So teachers take space from other areas in their personal pie chart. Want healthy system & staffs? Fix this. #bced
