Other than $KRKNF (and $PLTR partnerships in golden dome) I think this is pretty misleading. Tangential relationship to $RKLB and $ASTS maybe but doubtful they will get any part of that $20B. Also I see no direct relationship to $ONDS. Am I missing something? Or is this just clickbait?

$TTAN ServiceTitan just beat on revenue AND operating income AGAIN. stock was down 37% ytd. madison investments just opened a position. the market was pricing in a disaster and got a company that keeps executing. the trades are a $500B market and these guys are the OS for it. stock getting crushed in after market

At this point, if you’re short, you’re betting against a potential corporate action, against asset-sale optionality, and against balance-sheet improvement — all while paying meaningful carry. Bears have had their win. Take the money and run. $PRGO

I also think bears may be overestimating dividend-cut risk. Mgmt has kept the dividend for more than two decades, and the pending dermacosmetics sale proceeds are explicitly intended for debt reduction. Add IF strategic review & the setup looks dangerous for shorts. $PRGO

$PRGO is exactly the kind of situation where an activist should show up. Years of underperformance, serial restructurings, and multiple failed turnaround narratives have destroyed credibility. The Board should stop pretending this is a temporary execution issue.

Best path forward: break it up, sell the assets, reduce debt, and return capital to shareholders. Enough with annual “transformation” plans. Shareholders deserve a real strategic review, not another restructuring press release. $PRGO

@JMac_SI This has been a 10 year catastrophe. Activist could argue breaking business up and selling parts and shareholders would 👏🏻 and say good riddance. Not my base case, but it’s certainly a downside scenario where one is protected at these prices.

@JMac_SI I also think board and mgmt must be nervous and rightly so. They need to set a bottom on stock price otherwise they will be out of jobs sooner than they think.

Started looking at $PRGO last night and seems very interesting. Reminds me a bit of Chattem ($CHTT) and Nature's Bounty ($NBTY) around 2010. Seems like cleaning up infant formula, and re-focusing on OTC should lead to significant multiple expansion. What's bear case at ~6.5x 2026?

@JMac_SI Very interesting. Not sure how much they will get for IF and Oral Health assets — but add that to the cosmetics sale and pro-forma net debt should hover just above 3x. The RemainCo EBITDA should be c. $600+ million (possibly much higher given IF has been such a drag)
