everyone says marketing matters, but most still hide in building because it feels safer until you solve distribution, you’re not building a business, you’re just writing code

Banging my head against the desk with Claude today. I've had to throw away every single bit of code its given me today. 4 hours and not a usable piece of code. Absolute shambles. This is worse than Sonnet3.5 was

Everyone's building AI tools. Nobody's building an audience. The tool with distribution wins.

Building a business that runs without you requires an obsession to letting go. scaling it requires restraint. Start small: Stop solving and start coaching. Document decisions and set standards. Your job shifts from doing --> designing.

Colleges still forcing students to write every line of code from scratch, on that outdated IDEs they’ll never touch in industries… instead of teaching how to actually use modern tools, frameworks, and workflows Meanwhile in the industry: → AI is writing a huge chunk of code already → Devs are focusing more on architecture, decisions, scaling & fixing the bugs rather than coding mannually → Teams ship products faster with ai agents Speed + problem solving >>>>> syntax memorization In fact, many companies now focusing on shipping fast at start instead of writing everything manually and developers are shifting toward design, judgment, and system thinking over writing code from scratch The skill isn’t writing code anymore. It’s knowing how to use ai efficiency, and how to build & scale the product fast

Organic content changed my life. - costs $0 - compounds fast - insanely high ROI I used it to go full time on X. The problem? Everyone’s posting. Few are converting.
