@ABTAtravel I have a booking with @TUIUK the hotel has issues with water. They had none at all for almost week last week!! They sold me this holiday whilst these issues were ongoing. They will not budge on changing accommodation. Where do I stand? Running water is a must!!!

Resorting to this as @TUIUK customer care team are unsympathetic. 3 and half days out of 7 in an all inclusive hotel with no water/toilet facilities equates to £44 per head compo. Had to eat out. Fill toilet cistern with see water. £44 per head. Disgusting.
