You are 100% correct and I’m convinced that application answering, interview prep and CV skills are not taught in school anymore. The amount of CV’s I see that are horrendous is high, a lot from school leavers looking for their first role too. There are jobs out there, thousands across the U.K!

If you live in the UK and work full time, consider yourself lucky. The job market is FINISHED
