A new lawsuit filed yesterday in federal court alleges three of America's largest marijuana companies claim their products can treat mental health conditions while knowing the drug actually makes them worse. It could potentially include millions of plaintiffs.
“This has the potential to be like the Master Settlement was for Big Tobacco,” @KevinSabet told me, referring to the $206 billion Big Tobacco deal in 1998—the largest civil settlement in American history.
