@lufthansa @DavidBreskvar Alll of the above applies to me too pls, I have been fobbed of twice now and advised I contact my travel company however I am doing, the flights we’re booked directly with @lufthansa, you also took the money for additional baggage for the flight that cancelled. Poor very poor

@lufthansa Hi, I want to ask how to know what is happening with my refund of the ticket? Over the phone, the cancellation and refund processes started on 10th of March and they said it would take about 10 days. How the check on the status of that? Thanks
