@adidas so disappointed in your customer service and support. You failed to provide me with any info on why my order was cancelled and why I'm unable to re-order stuff at the same price, since you messed something up. Now my other order is a few days late as well. #disappointed

@lufthansa also by EU law I believe you are required to provide a substitute flight back home or a next available flight. So if my flight is scheduled for 22nd and you fly again on 2nd of May, you can rebook me on that flight regardless of the cost, correct?

@lufthansa why would I be responsible if you make the fares higher? You were the one who cancelled the flight. I want the same terms with flight back on the next available flight. If the fare is higher, you should pay the difference, not me. It's not my wish to rebook the flight

@DavidBreskvar Hi David, of course rebooking fees will still not be charged, regardless of which fare was booked. Should the rebooked fare be more expensive an additional payment may be necessary despite the discount. /Min

@lufthansa if my flight is cancelled, can I rebook without costs for the next available flight? I feel like I shouldn't be the one paying extra if you cancelled my flight. It's a flight back so I need to get back home and I don't want extra costs because of this

@AlaskaAir I'm supposed to fly to LA next week but I have nowhere to stay and my flight forward to Hawaii has been cancelled. Is there a way to get a refund as I cannot do anything in LA and I have nowhere to stay, or is this none of your concern?

@DavidBreskvar Kindly understand that the refund process will take longer due to the current situation. Our Service Center is primarily focusing on bringing passengers back to their home. At this point I can only ask you for your patience. /Yazz

@lufthansa Hi, I want to ask how to know what is happening with my refund of the ticket? Over the phone, the cancellation and refund processes started on 10th of March and they said it would take about 10 days. How the check on the status of that? Thanks
