One thing that struck me being out on the doorsteps (or high-street) with Rupert Lowe today. Nigel Farage is wrong. People do know who Lowe is. Not entirely sure how. But it was surprising how many people were coming up to him unprompted.

I’m in Manchester for my fight, so I popped down to Makerfield for a few hours. I spoke to quite a few people, I’m not sure the polls are accurate…

@dturnertours @GBPolitcs @kitty_donaldson 1 in 4 is 25%. We said more than 1 in 4 Makerfield residents support Reform. So a number larger than 25% support Reform. The poll put Reform at 24%. Which is why we see it as inaccurate.

@Benleo We’ve received lots of comments like this both on our TikToks but also in person out and about in Makerfield. The uniting factor is much-needed change.

@Benleo If Reform were the government, I understand the importance of Restore to outflank them on the right and keep the government in check. The end goal of team Restore does very much seem to be to replace Reform and be the largest party come the next general election.

I don’t believe this to be true one bit. I guess I’ll be humbled or proven right next week. But if it is, what’s the reason to celebrate? The next General Election is the first and last chance to try and save Britain before permanent ruin. The first time the UniParty will be conquered… some new injection of energy. Unless your thinking is Restore can win a majority at a GE, a huge ask that has taken Farage decades and it’s still not guaranteed, this is nothing but ensuring Britain becomes a socialist commie hellhole for eternity. Labour and the Greens will do everything they can to ensure it stays that way, and that includes more population explosion. So really, what’s the thinking here? What’s the goal? That Restore can win a GE?
