@Tamarajawad They have done the same thing for years and gotten away with it. Something should be done by the NRL, but, as it's Penrith I don't think that will happen.

@OneTheRed That's why I was confused. Clock stopped at 0:02 when Sutton called time off for the review. It didnt move until AFTER Jenkins was binned, so how do they count the time that Moses took to kick?

@AlanBailey2 The talking head on nine said it was due to the time Moses took to kick and the ball being in play. None of which makes sense as the clock was stopped then the hooter went. With that logic half time would count 🤷

Can someone explain to me how, if you are given 10 minutes in the sin bin with 2 seconds on the clock before halftime, how does a player only have 8mins 50 sets until he returns? #EelsVPanthers

@LeagueScenePod Admitting errors is fine. HOW ABOUT WE GET SOMETHING DONE ABOUT IT? Maybe if points were adjusted or if referees were held accountable maybe that would seem like a better result. Just admitting they stuffed up while not correcting the mistake is just pathetic.

The NRL have had their say on several officiating decisions over the weekend. They've admitted three errors. Melbourne should've been awarded a try on a play incorrectly judged a knock on, Garrick was offside for his try and Nat Butcher shouldn't be penalised for a high tackle. 📰 @mrchrisnico

@ConPaffas @micklegend Isn't that what I said? The issue has nothing to do with the on field ref, it is all about the bunker. How can they justify being able to rule conclusively on knock ons, but are unable to rule on forward passes?

@AlanBailey2 @micklegend You have to judge it by the player passing the ball if his arms and hands go in a forward direction. That’s the rule. It’s difficult for the referee. If it was purely the travel of the ball it would be far easier for the referee but less attacking play would be possible

Funny how they can use the video analysis on Fox, freeze the play, circle the players in position, then swivel and focus on where each player is relative to the field, line marking etc, yet we can’t get forward passes examined by the bunker the same way?

@ConPaffas @micklegend I don't understand forward momentum? Seriously? If a ball can be judged to have gone forwards at anytime, then it can be reviewed in any situation. I get the forward pass rule requires "backwards out of the hands", but ruling on 1 and not other is a joke.
