@Experian_US On X? This is your preferred way of communicating with customers? This was a last resort for me. Please answer my question. Is there a phone number to call Experian and speak to a customer service representative?

@Experian_US Thanks Moneake. But do you have an actual phone number where customers can speak with a live agent? You used to have one but it seems it’s only automated now.

@Experian_US How is it possible that it can take you so long to respond to customer service issues? You have over 20000 employees. And you don’t provide a phone number to talk directly to customer service?

@experian @experian_us I’m going around in circles. I tried to create an account online. When I get to the very last step, it says “error”, and tells me to call the phone number. When I call the phone number, it also says error and to go online to create my account.

@experian_us I just spent over two hours trying to temporarily unfreeze my credit. When I called the phone number, I was disconnected over 10 times. It kept telling me to go to Experian.com to verify my identity, which didn’t work either. Impossible to speak to a human
