@British_Airways Communicating until after initial check out arrived and we had left. 2 and a half hours in the cold to wait for a hotel shuttle. A completely wasted day today when the schedule was known already. And so on.. We had 13 hours without email to inform etc.🤬

@British_Airways The delay is one of those things. It’s the absolutely woeful communications, decision making and logistics that make me cross. Waiting until 2am before making a decision to cancel when the hotel had been put on standby at 21:30 and then not extending rooms or ….

People in man/woman relationships: who drives? I can’t think of a single couple where the woman drives if the man is in the car as well, except from my wife and I.

@BCBikeRace Furthermore I have direct experience of the frustration when a race goes ahead as originally planned but many of the riders were unable to attend. (4Islands in Croatia) is a race for which more than 50% could not make the start. This is very frustrating.
