@kamleshksingh Storyline of Dhurandhar 3. It has all the ingredients to pass the librandu test. Ladka Gujarati, Ladki shia, both eating fish together. & singing duets. Khatna scene with Aari aari aari in the background. Totally free of propaganda.

A fishy story from Gujarat In the coastal village of Paneli in Gujarat's Kathiawar, Premjibhai Thakkar of the Lohana caste group stepped into the fish trade. The Lohana community was staunchly vegetarian. They saw it as a dirty, stinky business. Premjibhai was ostracised at once. No one shared water with him. No invitations came for weddings or births. His children faced taunts in the streets. The family tried to return. Begged, in fact. They even gave up the fish business. They fasted and prayed at the temple. The motabhais still refused. Tired of seeking respect and not getting any, Jinnahbhai Poonja, Premjibhai's son, burned with rage. He had seen his father bow in shame. He had heard his mother weep. Why beg from those who threw us out? Through Khoja friends, his partners in trade, the family turned to Islam. In the late 19th century, Jinnahbhai embraced the faith and joined the Ismaili community. He became the first Muslim in the direct line. His son, Mahomedali Jinnahbhai, was born into this new faith. Jinnahbhai went on to break India and found a new country. It all began with some vegetarians believing they are superior to the majority Hindus who eat fish/meat because their religion allows them to choose, according to taste.

@charliedong111 @aprashar08 @nimishdubey @CricketopiaCom We were discussing about Venkat & how great/mediocre he was. If he had a different POV from mine and a logical explanation for it, he should have presented it without being condescending. None of his tweets had anything related to cricket or Venkat & hence my response.

@AnoopKSachdev @aprashar08 @nimishdubey @CricketopiaCom You are the one who is being rude and using language which reveals your status . The other gentleman was just being sarcastic and you couldn’t handle that criticism but yet , here you are talking rubbish about someone who has represented India with distinction .

In the early 1990s he spun rings around a young Sachin Tendulkar in a charity match. In the sixties, seventies and eighties, his nagging accuracy and clever variations made him a captain’s dream and a stroke player’s nightmare. Troubled Sobers when he was young, troubled Viv Richards when he was older, could make Gavaskar and Vishwanath play and miss in the Ranji. He was in terms of accuracy and variations of pace, the greatest off spinner I have ever seen. Had the misfortune of being around at the same time as the greatest off spinner of them all, Erapalli Prasanna. Some folks will look at his figures and say “oh but he averaged 36.1.” Feel free to question their knowledge of cricket.

Happy Birthday S. Venkataraghavan He was one of India’s finest off-spinners, played 57 Tests from 1964–65 to 1983–84 and was known for his exceptional accuracy and brisk pace through the air. His career highlight came in just his fourth Test, when he claimed 12 for 152 against New Zealand in Delhi, winning both the match and the series. He later captained India, notably on the 1979 England tour, and after retirement went on to serve as coach, manager, and a highly respected umpire, officiating in 73 Tests and 52 ODIs.

@aprashar08 @nimishdubey @CricketopiaCom Goodbye bol diya tha phir bhi kutte ki tarah haddi uthane aa gaya. Jab tere khandan mein cricket se door door tak ka kuchh lena dena nahin hai, phir apni suvar jaisi aukat dikhana zaroori hai kya? Blocked

@aprashar08 @nimishdubey @CricketopiaCom Keep your unfunny humour within your family. They might even laugh at it if appropriately rewarded. If you have logical response to my point, please put it out. Period.

Took a five wicket haul which triggered a collapse setting up our first ever Test win in the West Indies. Was the youngest bowler to have taken ten wickets in a Test Match. Was only the second bowler after Jim Laker to dismiss all eleven opposition batsmen in a Test. But of course..
Anoocool@AnoopKSachdev

@nimishdubey @CricketopiaCom I've seen him play live. He was extremely mediocre, looked innocuous even on square turners. Don't remember a single match which he won for India with his bowling, not even a dream spell of 5/10 overs in an inning.

@nimishdubey If you don't have a logical answer, change the goal post. Even better if you bring in BJP. That makes your response fool proof. This is exactly how mediocrity has been promoted as greatness over the years by some.

Knew this was coming. Next up: Majid and Asif do not average even 40 so are useless and Chetan Chauhan was barely above 30, and owed stature to BJP. Yus. Yus. Stats rule.

@nimishdubey @CricketopiaCom I haven't finished yet. His Strike rates in all forms (esp ODI SR of 173+) of cricket for a front line bowler makes him a contender for Guiness World record. His connections with the Boards deprived far better & deserving bowlers from representing India for over 50 tests.

@MaataBhaarat @CricketopiaCom To be honest, he was absolutely mediocre. He used his connections with the Cricket Board to block far better players like Shivalkar, Rajinder Goel....... Totally useless

@mattleslie74 @CricketopiaCom Bedi was far from being tbe best spinner of his era. Chandra & Underwood were far superior & real match winners. Bedi, OTOH was a decent bowler with an easy action but was in no way a match winner capable of running through a side.

@CricketopiaCom The sad rantings of a man who was the greatest spinner of his era who cannot accept that two other spinners surpassed his worthy achievements in their own era. Like Fred Trueman, Bishan was more interested in enshrining his own legacy.

What’s the most controversial thing you’ve ever heard in cricket? We go first Bishan Bedi (2010) - “I called him a javelin thrower. People say that he has got 800 wickets. I would rather say that it's 800 run-outs! On one hand you have Shane Warne who is a magician & then you have Muralitharan on the other hand. It's total shambles and Harbhajan Singh is no different.”

The privileged lot has no idea about how difficult the lives of the poor are. In places like Gurugram, workers pay more rent — per square feet — than their employers living in fancy apartments. And these are essentially hovels with no windows.

Asked Noida's protesting factory workers a question - what do they think about India being the world's fastest growing economy? Are they benefitting in any way? Do listen to their answers. @DeepakJ0710

@raggedtag To make it more acceptable to a Delhiite, you need to add a few pieces of paneer (& a generous sprinkling of pomegranate seeds). Goes for every dish, be it samosa, bathura, bread pakora, chole.......

@AnoopKSachdev @rahulpandita i was told by a maid living in kanhai, gurugram that her landlord also runs a grocery store and all tenants are forced to buy grocery from him. this kind of price gouging rentals of low income tenants needs to be strictly regulated.
