Actually, someone fact check us on this, but we're directionally correct, your post is sort of funny because Netflix *DOES* do something like that. Writers for Netflix shows say they are required to write scripts in such a way that reiterate what's going on in the plot way more often than usual, (they keep repeating), because everyone is distracted and on their phone, and that's what Netflix feels results in highest engagement.
