Less than half of the UK identify as Christian. 37% identify as atheists. Let's not pretend the UK is a Christian country. We are a mutli-faith society, and a largely secular society. The UK is a country that has many traditions, and welcomes new ones.

@Heccles94 You are ignoring the UK’s inheritance. For more than a thousand years Christianity was fundamental and embedded in culture, politics and society. It was insinuated into the national DNA. Just taking a snapshot and mouthing a few superficial survey stats doesn’t erase that.

Right, I’m off to Hertfordshire to help out a young girl in need that I met in prison. Because god forbid people actually get the support they need from the state. She’s a vulnerable young girl with a baby, not long released from prison. Thrown to the bottom of the pile. I’m sure if she had come in on a small boat illegally she would be getting everything she needs right now!!!!
