The Patriots traded the wrong quarterback. They could have landed a BIG draft haul for Drake Maye that could’ve better enabled them to get in position to contend with the Bills providing they made the right picks. This is a TEAM sport and they are coming off a 4-13 season —they are not one or two players away from competing in the AFC East anytime soon. The Patriots missed a golden opportunity here. They could’ve had the haul and built the roster around Joe Milton III who showed what he was capable of in the season finale. Drake Maye went 3-9 as the Patriots starter in 2024.

Bill Parcells' 7 requirements for drafting QBs out of college include... 1. Are they coming out as a senior? 2. Did they graduate college? 3. Were they a 3-year starter in college? 4. Did they have 30+ college starts? 5. Did they win 23+ games in college? 6. Did they have a career 60+% COMP% in college? 7. Did they have a career 2:1 TD/INT ratio in college? This year, 7 QBs prospects meet all of this criteria:⬇️ - Drew Allar - Carson Beck - Taylen Green - Cade Klubnik - Luke Altmyer - Diego Pavia - Behren Morton None of the QBs inside the top 100 on the consensus big board (Mendoza, Simpson, Nussmeier) meet all these requirements 😂

BREAKING: Tiger Woods has entered a plea of not guilty in his Florida DUI arrest. He has waived his arraignment and demands a trial with a jury.

Part of the @Raiders' succession plan is for Egon Durban, who already owns 7.5% of the team, to buy another 7% this year. Half of that (3.5%) is happening now, with owners voting on the sale this afternoon, with the other 3.5% to be sold to Durban by the end of 2026.

Ahead of the owners' approval of the transaction, Mark Davis owns about 40% of the Raiders. So this sale will take Davis down closer to the league minimum for a controlling owner, which is 30%.
