@BuildersSA I am concerned about the level of customer service I’ve received. I logged this call in February, and I am only receiving a response now in March. As a result of the delay, I had to find alternative ways to get assistance. This has been very disappointing.

@BuildersSA On 11 Feb I bought a patio table + chairs online from @BuildersSA. The next day I was told the table is out of stock. I immediately asked Tristan Kelly (Team Leader) to cancel the full order because I don’t need chairs without a table. Instead, on 13 Feb, the chairs were delivered anyway. Tristan then promised to source a table from another branch — but he has since stopped responding to my emails, and hasn’t taken my calls despite several attempts. @BuildersSA please collect your chairs and refund me. I don’t need chairs without a table.

@BuildersSA Doesn't matter where in SA I am. For what I selected that shouldn't be the price. Thats more or less what you get charged for sending a 1x1.2x1.2 500kg palette with EPX from JHB to the Northern Cape.

Am not happy with @BuildersSA and their Online purchases. spend over an hour explaining one thing to them. I would advise no one to buy anything they do not keep in their store online.
