Away from the context of the ban and only speaking from a balance perspective - I’d prefer him to miss the city game tbh.

At some point the football directors at Chelsea need to sit down and think about squad building.
We can't keep piling up small players in a period when football matches are being decided by setpieces.
There has to be some balance. I can only imagine how many midfield duels will be lost against arsenal and other physically accomplished teams
