@AntonioWallahi @boltapp @boltapp don't handle matters reported concerning their drivers. It seems they encourage such bad behaviors.
I reported my issue and they requested that I accept 200/= compensation but I declined. Disciplinary action should be taken against rogue drivers.

My friend requested a bolt from Lavington to Juja this morning. 6 am.
First thing driver said once she boarded — let’s go offline. She naively cooperated.
When they got just past KU the guy says he can’t go any further with the KES 1,500 bolt had charged. He demands for KES 1,600 and for the lady to alight. Mind you she doesn’t even know where she is.
The lady protests but he starts being violent. She then sends the 1,500 (full fare to Juja) but he refuses to open the door. He wants her to add the 100 bob even though her stop is still 30 mins away.
Lady calls me in distress. I hear him say in the background “nitakupiga kofi msichana”.
I raise my voice. He panics. He lets her out. She has to book another bolt to her destination - 30 mins away.
Fellow Kenyans, yes times are tough. Fuel has gone up. But do we have to tip BY FORCE? I think we can reach an agreement without intimidating customers. Especially helpless ladies.
Apparently, has been doing this for the past 2 years and is still in operation as seen from his comments to @NanjieGalgalo
Even the number he uses is Airtel and doesn’t allow calls to go through.

Izi cases za bolt zimekua mingi hii tl, I think it's time @boltapp to start taking action against misbehaving drivers and clients. To me their customer service is very poor.
