Then it’s not served until 11am. Why block the orders that are no different to me just walking in there.
Umm @virginmedia - not it isn’t. Stop making me repeatedly go into the app only for it to tell me to “check back again soon” and fix my broadband. I’m paying for high speed and not even getting 10% of the speed it used to be.
@virginmedia currently running on 1/3 of our normal speed for the past week or so. App says intermittent issues and to check back. Every time you then say it’s fixed but it does the same the next day. Come on.

Wasting an ENTIRE afternoon because @AmericanAir decided on THREE separate occasions to give the wrong info, including one while talking to airport ticketing staff! Do I get so much as an apology, or explanation as to why the wrong info was repeatedly given? Course not.
@Dominos_UK - sort your Osterley branch out (and the app!) - ordered almost AN HOUR ago and the app said delivered 15mins ago. Called the store. Still sat waiting for delivery. 🤦🏼♂️
When ordered it said 15-20mins. When you bringing back that “if we’re late it’s free” offer!?
@DHLGlobal Hi DHL - doubt you’ll help any but I’m at blood boiling level of rage that one of your drivers has left my 17yo cats ashes on my outdoor window ledge when it had specific delivery instructions to put in the porch. Best hope that hasn’t fallen off by the time I’m home!!
