@EricWynalda Polanski was doing his best to field almost an entirely defensive lineup to steal a point. Gio doesn’t seem to fit the formations he plays. He was getting 30 a game on avg before he got hurt, and now he’s struggling to crack the lineup again..even when they have 0 creativity

@YankeeSource I don’t think it’s surprise. They misplayed the Grisham offseason and the result is negative effect for Dominguez, who is ready to be the everyday starter. He’s not a dynamic fielder by any means, but I also think his deficiencies are overstated a bit

I don’t know why everyone is surprised about Dominguez heading to AAA. We all knew he needed a lot of left-field reps at the end of last year. Do you want him to be an effective outfielder or a player who gets sparse playing time early this year with no defensive progress?

@swish_scout @OfficialGHSA it is certainly a bad look and looks like the operator got caught up in watching the game and forgot they had a job to do! On the flipside, if you time it from the initial rebound to the winning shot going off, it would appear the shot got off in time.

This is completely inexcusable on this stage of a state tournament by all adults administering and officiating this game. An elite 8 game or not… the adults have to do better. These kids and coaches work way too hard to have this happen….. @OfficialGHSA thoughts?…
