For the same reason I don't believe any of the "reporters" who saw babies beheaded and in ovens after their secret viewings of Oct 7th footage. Nor do I believe there was a "Hamas Headquarters" under every hospital in Gaza. Basically, who can believe ANYTHING coming out of Israel at this point, they've lied to us so much.
