@Procecard @Instacart And instacart will fix it. Which they did. Hence why I reached out to them. That’s the game they play is offering a 3rd party service and trusting that it’s done with no mistakes.



@Procecard @Instacart Well no shit Sherlock, they are paid to shop and get the correct items. Which technically she did. My receipt on instacart shows an Italian sub, the receipt on the chicken tender sub says my name but it was a chicken tender sub not an Italian Publix will say to contact instacart



@Instacart my shopper account was randomly suspended and I have not violated any rules or guidelines! I haven’t even received an email explaining why

So I guess nobody at @Instacart support can read or maybe they just don’t wanna do their jobs. Insane how they keep telling me how the store was closed during my delivery window when they pushed my delivery window by ‘ore than 2 hours, causing the delay themselves



Beware of @Uber they took a page out of @Instacart page and started charging random fees
