This generation was so bizarre they absolutely were watching like double or triple the amount that modern anime fans do but most of it was shit like interspecies reviewers and overlord while they regurgitated Gigguk and Mothers Basement memes to each other it was a weird era

@SneedChuck01 @Kaorumitsurugi I think it sort of betrays history to not account for the popularity of Oreimo, SAO, and Nisekoi. Not that they were "good" or as popular as those shows in the west, but they were definitely big.

@CodeShooting @Kaorumitsurugi Almost nothing was popping in the early 2010s except Madoka Magica, Fate/Zero, Monogatari, and early AoT and JJBA seasons. Just whole seasons of straight ass otherwise. It was so dire people unironically said Kill la Kill was saving anime.

@Kaorumitsurugi Anyone acting nostalgic for the pre "covid tourist" era is delusional. People were just as annoying then, and there was like 1-2 watchable shows per season from like 2010-2017 because the global recession screwed the industry, whereas now every season is stacked with bangers.

Just found out Gagaga Magic says it can summon a ZW Xyz, but it can't. They're all 5s. There are no level 5 Onomats to summon w/ Magic. Perhaps it's just a threat. Either that they're gonna print a rank 4 ZW or a level 5 Onomat. One of these is far less impactful than the other.

Genesys haters, I have a question- why? Saw a bunch of people at my local saying that Genesys “isn’t a real format” and calling it “modern but worse”. Do people not realize that even if it is a smaller format, it has a metagame with interesting and interactive gameplay?

@flan_pad @animecentral Idolmaster fans believe those first 3 colors and the numbers on the left-side corners (top is month, bottom is day) as birthdays correspond to 3 Imas characters (Miki, Chihaya, Takane).
As for the other 3... well I kinda doubt that they'd be Imas related.
