@MelissaKaulfuss I see some of my team for 1hr in the morning due to time zones but then they see other team members at other times also. We are spread all over and try to catch up for a crossword or quiz once a day.

For humans that have remote teams spanning multiple timezones how have you all navigated collaboration effectively? Do you have a go to blog/resource, do you have defined working agreements for how the information flow happens effectively? I’m very interested in your stories!
