For three years, every move was judged through one lens: “Will this pump?” Not: “Will this build a global IP?” That dynamic destroys momentum. It creates noise, drama, burnout on both sides. And at some point, a real founder has to reject the treadmill. So @Azuki pivoted. Detach from toxic feedback loops and redirect full energy toward building a real, self-sustaining ecosystem. The TCG isn’t a side quest. It’s a scalable, normie-friendly, bear-proof revenue engine. A bridge to mainstream audiences. A canvas for lore distribution. A backbone for the future manga and anime. The LA-first / US-first rollout? Pure operational logic. TCGs don’t scale through Twitter threads, they scale through local communities, tournaments, and nationwide distribution. The reduced public presence? Completely intentional. Less talking, more shipping. Less persona-dependence. More deep work. More long-term compounding. And yes, the floor price is suppressed. Yes — malicious actors exist. Yes — the holder-base is polluted by flippers, farmers, and people who want everything immediately. But a floor price is not a measure of IP health.
