Now that the US government has officially verified that Terra was a complete fraud, the path forward is clear: 1. All TFL assets and ill-gotten gains seized and returned to UST victims 2. Find and arrest Do Kwon After what we now know, anything less is no longer sufficient.

Six days ago, lead counsel was finalized in the main lawsuit against Terra & Jump in the US. This means it's finally ready to move forward. Today, a secondary copycat lawsuit self-dismissed. Curious how the scammer that received a massive LUNA 2 airdrop didn't mention this...

@Ithiel @FatManTerra @stablekwon It was negligence and arrogance. He should be held accountable and at the very least forego the staking rewards he’s getting on his personal wallet with 20mil Luna. Those 164k Luna per month could be used to recoup losses.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Terraform Labs, Jump Crypto, Jump Trading, Republic Capital, Definance Capital, GSR Markets, Three Arrows Capital, Nicholas Platias, and Do Kwon for the collapse of UST & more.

@stablekwon gets lots of mentions/tags so there’s a small chance he sees my article and call for transparency. Feel free to tweet my article to him and keep asking him for transparency and if he’s willing to use his 400k monthly earnings to help recoup losses.

That would be doubly awful for the teams and community who already suffered from the Terra Classic collapse. I'm here to ask Do/TFL for transparency and accountability. @orbital_command @FatManTerra @stablekwon I think Terra as a community has a brilliant future ahead, but ultimately the leadership of Do Kwon damaged the brand massively so there will be some challenges. The allegations of fraud (re:CHAI) and lack of transparency (re:Terra2 airdrop allocated to Do) need to be addressed.

My findings shed a new light onto this thread by @stablekwon “I don’t care about money much” then earns $410k/month while others lost life savings believing in his stablecoin which he arrogantly defended as flawless I propose donating your staking rewards back to the community

Could be very significant for the community since the airdrop barely recouped any losses and the emergency fund is barely enough for most teams to survive after losing all funds.
