@ThreeUKSupport Have been on various calls with Three Customer Support staff for 2 hours today trying to sort out this PlayBoxs premium SMS scam (have you tried to text 'STOP' to 65133 today?). On the latest phone call they hung up on me. Unacceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’ve been billed £7 a month for more than a year for an add-on I have never signed up to. Please refund me and arrange suitable compensation. Shocking- I have paid so much for such a low package all this time. No paper bills to trick people 😡.

@ThreeUkSupport I have lost over £50 to a scam I had no opportunity to avoid (since October 2019). I suspect this is because Three had 'blocked' all such messages to my phone, unwittingly assisting PlayBoxs scheme by making it difficult for victims to detect the problem.
