Down 44 pounds on #carnivore I have noticed something else besides the lower heart rate, better sleep, lack of hunger, lower blood pressure, and losing 12 inches off my waist. I am literally 20 years younger due to an increase in testosterone. I haven't walked one extra step or lifted one weight but my lean muscle has increased substantially.
