I'll never, ever, touch creatine again. Why? They take sodium sarcosinate (cosmetic surfactant) + cyanamide (fertilizer chemical), mix in industrial reactors at 70°C, pH-adjusted with acid, and then crystallize it. Your "performance enhancer" is synthesized fertilizer and cosmetic chemicals heated in pharmaceutical facilities and then slapped with a "verified" or "Trusted source" label on it so that you never question it. Real creatine comes from steak. End of.

@yoursimmo11 - A 10oz steak only has 1-1.5g of creatine. - Creatine is heat-sensitive. Medium-rare gets you a 25-30% loss. - You would need to eat 3.75lbs of steak to get the same as a 5g scoop. - Add'n, that's 4.5-5K calories alone. Yeah, I'll stick to power supplements.

At last week's 15th IWCP conference, TKX-50 was highlighted in a very interesting presentation. Up there as a green HEDM from the decade beginning with 2010 - TKX-50. It's always great to see the Klapötke research group work being recognised by others in the EM field.
