We are overstimulated and we don't even notice. Netflix while eating. Reels in the bathroom. Music while cooking. Podcasts on walks. We consume by default, not by intention. You keep filling every gap, then wonder why you feel foggy and unmotivated. Boredom and silence are the real growth drivers. They give you space to think and create. That's when solutions show up for problems that have been stuck for months. Leave some room.

You don't get it. If you want to buy a house, will you be thinking about that when you're going to pick up items your family needs for the week at the mall? The context and approach for this aggressive marketing strategy are wrong. When I want to do anything, I know the exact place to go and conduct that business. I will not look for a realtor in the mall parking lot or a doctor to sell me unregistered supplements or medicines. If I want clothes and perfume, I can stop at a store or outlet. I don't need a special vendor for that basic purchase.

Nigeria is the only place where someone is trying to sell you a house for 300M naira in a mall parking lot. I had to ask one the other day if they really expect people to just drive to the mall, meet someone random in the parking lot, and talk about investing or buying property worth 200k USD. I’m guessing this behavior has entered the gym space too, and I find it very annoying.
