@ASTS_Investors @spacanpanman I found out about $ASTS because of the SPACmania in 2021/2022 but didn’t invest until after the Google, AT&T, and Vodafone investment in Jan 2024. When that news came out, I thought I missed the boat but then Sean Wallace did the $3 offering and that allowed me to enter. 🤝

@SpongeQuant Here’s my one post summary on $QS to help you out
Kevin Chen@Defiantclient2

$QS: My one post summary of @QuantumScapeCo 👇 PROVEN TECHNOLOGY + Two major innovations: anodeless architecture (at manufacturing) and proprietary solid ceramic separator + Cathode agnostic + The only NO-COMPROMISE solid state battery solution which makes no sacrifices on the 5 main factors of battery design: Energy, Fast Charge, Life, Safety, and Cost + QSE-5: ~5 Ah cell with energy density 844 Wh/L capable of <15-min fast charge (10 to 80% State of Charge) + A0 Sample tested by Volkswagen's PowerCo for >95% energy retention at >1,000 full cycle equivalents + Safety: Solid-state ceramic separator is nonflammable and noncombustible + Cost (at scale): Eliminates anode host material and related manufacturing costs. This removes dependency on China-dominated graphite anode supply chain. + Operates at low pressure of <3.4 atm. No external pressure system required! + Implemented QSE-5 battery cells into a modified Ducati V21L race motorcycle in September 2025 + Cobra process shrunk ceramic baking process from many hours down to several minutes + Eagle Line, QS's pilot production line, has begun producing initial volumes of QSE-5 cells + 18-month cycles expected for new iterations of technology PARTNERSHIPS + Non-exclusive licensing agreement for up to 85 GWh with Volkswagen Group's battery subsidiary: PowerCo, including $130M of milestone payments + $130M of royalty prepayments + Joint Development Agreements with 2x Top 10 (by revenue) Global Automotive OEMs + Successfully completed technology evaluation phase with another Top 10 Global Automotive OEM, which will lead into another JDA + Total 4 out of the Top 10 Global Automotive OEMs will have a JDA or more advanced, with QS + Capital-light licensing agreement is a template for for all JDAs + OEM partners range from Japan, North America, and Europe + Ecosystem Partners: Murata in Japan and Corning in the US. Collaborations to pursue high-volume manufacturing of ceramic separators for QS’s solid-state battery technology + Agreements with other automotive OEMs: leading OEMs by global revenue, established global luxury OEM, premium performance OEM, and pure-play EV OEM + Agreements in other sectors: consumer electronics, stationary storage NON-EV APPLICATIONS + Corning: Consumer electronics, medical devices, military applications, and grid storage applications + AI data centers are transitioning to 800V DC designs and adopting power systems architecture and technology from the EV industry. A "natural fit for our no-compromise solid state battery". + Defense sector: "In addition, we have seen strong customer interest in our battery technology from global players in the military, aerospace and government sectors. Our battery technology unlocks step-change improvements to both energy density and power simultaneously; combined with the superior safety of our solid-state design, this is a highly attractive combination for these advanced applications. Our anode-free architecture also has supply-chain benefits. Conventional lithium-ion batteries require graphite that is almost exclusively sourced from China. In contrast, our battery design is graphite-free, eliminating a major pain point for defense applications." CASH/LIQUIDITY + Ended Q1 2026 with $904.7M + Cash runway plus expected customer billings are anticipated to be sufficient to the end of 2029 2026 ROADMAP + Demonstrate scalable production with the Eagle Line + Advance automotive commercialization + Expand into new high-value markets + Go beyond QSE-5

Spent some time trying to understand the product behind $QS. i'm definitely better off than i was 24 hours ago, but battery chemistry quickly turns into ceramic separators, lithium-metal interfaces, dendrite formation, coulombic efficiency, and a bunch of phd-level science. not going to pretend i'm a battery expert (im a degen finance bro starfish who trades based on vibez) and too be honestly im not sure it increased time to understand it would help in my conviction. i'll keep investing based on the qualitative and quantitative reasons the company is compelling. that's the part (believe) i actually understand

$QS first came across my feed in 2021 as a pure EV moonshot. Now it’s: EVs + AI data centers + defense energy systems. Same battery tech(?). But very new demand stack (aka TAM increased bigly)

$QS: “Large quantities of batteries and high power density increase the risk of thermal runaway—a phenomenon where a battery undergoes an uncontrollable chemical reaction that produces significant amounts of heat. This can result in the battery exploding, igniting and possibly causing runaway in other nearby batteries.” @QuantumScapeCo solves this as their unique battery architecture uses a ceramic separator. QS batteries are therefore noncombustible. It can become a very hot rock but will never explode or ignite. The team might be referring to solutions like QS here: “The team has identified several approaches to reduce fire risk in data centers, including developing safer batteries, improving fire detection systems and designing specialized fire suppression systems that will not damage sensitive equipment.” techxplore.com/news/2026-05-a…

$ASTS bears keep acting like one launch delay kills the whole story. That is lazy. Abel is trying to put 45 birds in orbit before year-end, and this company likely has more launch demand than almost anyone outside Starlink, Amazon, NASA, and the U.S. government. SpaceX, ISRO, ULA, Ariane, H-3… there are multiple paths here. People keep betting against the schedule. I’m betting on the operator who is literally on the production floor after hours.

$ASTS - Folks forget AST management has said several times over the past few earnings calls they have OVERBOOKED launches over the next year in order to get to their 45 satellites by year end. Nothing had changed. A few months delay won’t change what is coming in the next 1-2 years. We are also not only building 1 constellation. The grand plan is 4 over 2-3 years. Think bigger picture! “The gap between being right and being rewarded is where most investors lose their nerve. Our portfolio is not built to outperform in any particular quarter. It’s built to compound over years as the transformations we‘ve identified play out on their own schedule—not the market’s, and certainly not ours.” - Crossroads Capital

@TMFAssociates Hey Tim, did you not claim, just a few weeks ago, that AST would not be able to launch with F9 this year? And like a week later they informed us of the F9 launch in June. Do you have actual info this time or are you just guessing once again?

Wondering why $ASTS has not booked launches on Mitsubishi H3 yet. It can comfortably carry 3 BB2 with composite frames to LEO for ~$50 million, which is very competitive when compared to the F9.

$QS: 🚨QUANTUMSCAPE TARGETS AI DATA CENTERS AND DEFENSE & AEROSPACE APPLICATIONS IN PARALLEL TO AUTOMOTIVES CFO Kevin Hettrich confirms that, because of the Eagle Line, @QuantumScapeCo for the first time ever is able to produce sufficient volume to satisfy a lot of inbound interest and allows the company to target beyond automotives such as AI data centers and defense & aerospace. The writing is on the wall. I truly expect press release(s) this year in 2026 related to the company's official expansion beyond EVs, such as agreements or investments from the data center and/or defense industries. Perhaps @LockheedMartin, based on the new Board additions? "The other momentum piece is in February we just announced our first highly automated pilot line which I think is a game changer for us in that you have an embodiment of a highly automated process by which we make that first product, the QSE-5. Customers and partners can come visit it and see its level of maturity and kinda train on it for tech transfer. It helps us produce much much more parts to satisfy a lot of inbound interest. We mentioned on our last earnings call that we work with 6 automotive companies in some flavour of agreement, including 4 of the Top 10 global OEMs, VW of course being the most mature with that collaboration licensing agreement. And because of the pilot line, for the first time we have sufficient volume to, in parallel, go after high value-add applications adjacent to automotive which we think is AI data centers and defense & aerospace applications." - Kevin Hettrich, CFO of @QuantumScapeCo Listen for yourself starting at 23:00 👇 cfothoughtleader.com/cfopodcasts/11…
