例如农民可以通过举孝廉、科举等方式成为士即官僚，商人可以通过买地成为农民，农民可以做生意或成为工匠，政府除对商人做严厉限制以外，各级官僚都会鼓励农民耕作，不存在歧视
据我所了解，种姓制是终身不可改变的，且有严重的歧视
