@DeusXMachina14 But Marcoleta has more advanced degrees than Loren. Aside from LLB, he has an MBA and a DPA from the University of the Philippines. Loren, a trained journalist, just talks and looks better. So I think it's quite condescending for her to say that to the Pambansang Simangot.
