@UbisoftSupport @UbisoftSupport sadly the seller stated they do not have the governors edition in stock so they probably can't replace it. they say i have to wait (dont know for what) or return the governors edition.

@UbisoftSupport Received ANNO 117's Collectors Edition. Sadly my Steel Book was damaged a lot from the factory, nothing is wrong with the box. What do do? @ANNO_DE @ANNO_EN Looks like someone didn't care what they work on in the factory.

My Steelbook from the Anno Collectors Edition is heavily damaged in the factory. How can i get a replacement? @bol_com @Ubisoft @UbisoftSupport It really makes me sad. the box itself was all good and undamaged so this is clearly someone in the factory who said... well...

@NathanBuilds this is why i have 0 interest in the laser and cutter addons, it will slowly destroy the printer from the inside. thats why i have stand alone lasers and cutters.

This is just normal wear from using the laser module on the H2D. Good thing it’s got 4 cameras, hopefully at least one won’t be completely covered in soot. Same goes for those poor bearings. Oh, and isn’t carbon soot slightly conductive? Source: wiki.bambulab.com/en/h2/maintena…
