A bit down but still a good day. July will be a pretty good month, a lot of thing moving, 200k day soon I feel it Imma update on the 0 to 1M challenge later today (spoiler: testing failed ig lol)

I am still working actively on my current brand and it remain my main focus. Idk if we can scale to 500k days, I hit 200k+ day only one time on it, my goal is to scale and secure 200k first then 300k, etc. Step by step, building the team and everything. I know the path to 100k day, it's not that hard, lets see if I can manage the 2 stores in the same time

@Hewasecom can't wait too see the new brand at 100k, but why do you think it's better then scaling current brand to 500k days, launching new skus, building moats etc. or you don't have the tam in current market?

$0 - $100k / day - DAY 2 So yesterday we decided on our daily tasks 1 AD a day. Learnings on 1 Winning ad a day. Feedback loop our ads. and learning for an hour. made graveyard campaign and had few subscriptions charged. found new angle that takes current problem to new bigger problem basically new information in zone 4 V&I. new day today will post tomorrow about today!

@nkecom How much daily budget for testing?

When I launched this brand, we launched with around 50 statics (no videos). We put all the statics in one ad set (because that’s the best thing to do) & one static got all the spend (as expected). This winning static was the 48th out of 50 we made & it’s always blown my mind. Because what if we stopped at 47? The brand launch may have failed. Or what if the 51st ad we would have created was an even bigger winner. The butterfly effect with ecom is crazy to think about & no one really talks about it. The internal motto I alway use with creative strats is: “There’s an ad that exists in the quantum realm that has the ability to feed our entire bloodlines. Our job is to find it…” But these words actually keep me up at night. Sometimes i’ll be trying to sleep & i’ll think of the sickest concept to cook (because I have nothing else to think about). So i’ll pull out my laptop & start whipping up a fire script or spitting out 30 statics until 4am. The problem with these late night ads that I make is that most of the time they print. I literally click a few buttons on my laptop, hit upload & money appears the next day haha. So I find it very hard to stop. Sometimes I feel like a prisoner to my brands, I can’t stop thinking about them. I feel addicted to ads & Ai makes it so much worse, because it’s so quick & easy to ship new ideas. It’s a very strange feeling, but one day, when we exit - hopefully it will all be worth it.

I'd choose a "red ocean" every time. If the market is crowded, it usually means there's real demand. Customers already understand the problem and are actively buying. I'd rather spend millions converting existing demand than trying to create it from scratch. Stronger marketing, a better product, and clearer positioning usually win 🤝

@Jameseeeey Imo, you wont gonna pay anyone with revenue, you pay them with profit. So he is kinda right imo Anyone would prefer a highly profitable company rather than a big company doing 2% margin with no place to scale, because they know scaling will make the margin % decrease

Don’t agree with this at all. Much better having a larger cash flowing business. You have far more opportunity to hire the best, grow and outcompete your competitors who want a comfy 50% net. Yes that margin % initially will be smaller but in the long run you’ll win and you’ll make more actual cash. If you have a business making 50% net you’re a pussy and clearly don’t want to grow.
