My EAD has been pending since October 2025. Lost my housing, income, health insurance, and now my job offer is on the line... meanwhile here's how our court case has gone: First, the government didn't like the assigned judge!! so they asked for a new one. Hearing delayed 1 month! We said nothing. We trusted our lawyer. Then the government asked for extra time to file their objection. Our lawyer gave it to them. Again, we said nothing. Today? Hearing delayed 2 more weeks!! because of FONT SIZE! not over the merits of our case, but over font size! @curtismorrison we are losing everything while briefs get rejected for formatting errors ! We deserve better. At what point do OUR losses matter? USCIS doesn't care. The system doesn't care. We are just paperwork to them. WE NEED YOU TO CARE
